H.E.A.T. operates under the following Statement of Faith and Bylaws. You do not have to believe in the Statement of Faith to become a member, but you must agree to not undermine it.

What is "HEAT"
H.E.A.T stands for Home Educators Around Texoma and it is our local homeschool support group.
Its purpose is to provide encouragement and support through resources, fellowship, and group learning activities to all persons or families who desire to homeschool their children or be involved in homeschool support.
HEAT also serves to promote communication of vital and legal information among homeschooling families.
