Wildcats Volleyball Registration is open to all homeschool students who are at least 12 years old and in 7th-12th grades.
Please be sure you complete all steps listed. We must have forms filled out completely and the Boys & Girls Club application signed by a parent and the student!
We need the 2 checks or money orders - One made out to H.E.A.T. and one made out to Boys & Girls Club. You are welcome to mail you forms and payment or bring them to the Beginning of the Year Picnic.
Steps to Register for Volleyball:
Forms must be completely filled in and signed by a parent and the student
2. Write a check or money order for $12 for each player made out to BOYS & GIRLS CLUB.
If active military your fee can be waived, but you must complete a Military Waiver form for your family.
3. Complete a Wildcat Volleyball Registration and Player Information Sheet (Word or PDF) for your family.
4. Write a check or money order for $5 per player for the coaches' gift. Make this out to H.E.A.T.
5. You have a number of ways to turn in the forms and fees --
A. Bring all forms and payments to the H.E.A.T. Beginning of the Year Picnic
B. Mail all forms and payments to:

C. Bring all forms and payments to the Parents Meeting on SEPTEMBER 9, 2010
Note: If you are paying in cash, please do not mail your forms.
Instead bring them to the Picnic or the Parents Meeting.
