2010 Home School Graduation
Reminder- February 1st WILL be the last chance to be involved with graduation!

Graduation date: May 22nd 2010
Rehearsal- May 21st time TBA (6-7pm?)

PLEASE WRITE ALL CHECKS TO KATHLEEN DUNCAN, Do not make them to HEAT.
Dress Code: Black cap and gown
Gentlemen: slacks, dress shirt, tie, dress shoes
Ladies: modest dress/skirt set, or slacks and dress shoes
NO TENNIS SHOES OR FLIP FLOPS
PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. graduatioon fee
2.Invitations/announcements (if desired),
3.Black cap and gowns and tassle of any color, and
4. Items for senior table including a table cover of any color*
*Graduation funds will provide black, silver, and white table skirts for each table.
5.Each graduate will need turn in the senior bio(by email) and 3-4 pictures to Karen Allen by March 1st.(date has been extended)
6.Senior bios are also to be turned in to Alisha Frank, by email please, for the programs by March 1st
7.Four pictures and a song are to be turned in to James Sterling for the senior video. These both need to be on cd rom.
8. A 1-1/2 min affirmation speech* to be read to your graduate when presenting diploma. The Emcee will read if parents choose not to.
* speech needs to be brought to rehearsal on May 21st.
Senior group picture cds should be ready by next meeting.
